Shipping & Delivery
We will be happy to ship your order anywhere in the world. Shipping charges vary based on the delivery location. To minimize costs to our customers, we will ship your order from the closest available warehouse location. We make every effort to ensure shipping costs are affordable to our customers. Please note that our shipping fees include our costs for order processing. All orders are shipped via FedEx Express Service to ensure safe and rapid delivery. Orders within the 48 contiguous states have the option for FedEx Ground shipping. Any order in the amount of $100 or more will require a signature to receive the delivery. Recipients are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or brokerage fees. Please note shipping is only availalble to residential and business addresses, we currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Please note that orders placed between the time period from December 25th to January 1st will ship out on January 2nd, due to the holidays.

Returns & Replacements
Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return merchandise within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please note that we can only accept refunds or exchanges on merchandise that is current, unopened, and accompanied with the original receipt. Without a receipt, a store credit will be issued at the lowest selling price. Refunds are processed within 14 business days and will be issued to the original form of payment that was used.
If merchandise is damaged or defected at the time of delivery, please contact us for instructions.
To return or exchange an item, please complete the form that accompanies your order, and using the return label provided on the back of the form, send your shipment by insured Parcel Post or FedEx to:

Upon checkout you may be prompted to register; however, you are not required to register to shop with us online. You may choose to checkout as a guest, but we do recommend registering for greater ease of shopping. When you register, you can create a My Account profile, view your order history, enter address book information, and set up occasion reminders.

We ensure to process orders as fast as possible. Our goal is to ship out all orders within 48 business hours, excluding holidays (US).
On occasion, high demand may cause us to run out of stock on certain items. You may still add these items to your shopping bag, and we will retain these open items as "back orders." We will inform you of any delay in shipping that exceeds 30 days. Your credit card will not reflect any charges for these items until they are shipped to you.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept all major forms of payment, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal.
Applicable sales tax will be added for shipments within the United States of America and will vary based on the delivery location.
To ensure our customers complete satisfaction we offer our customers a 30-day price-match guarantee. If the price of our merchandise changes within 30 days of the original date of purchase we will issue a refund in the amount of the difference. The price-match guarantee does not apply to 3rd party websites selling the same merchandise. Refunds are processed within 30 days and will be issued to the original form of payment that was used.
If you received a promotion code via our email, Facebook page, website, or elsewhere online, simply enter the code on the Order Review page, and your savings will appear at checkout. Only one code can be entered per order unless specified otherwise; codes cannot be applied to prior purchases, and the code must not be expired. All offers are subject to change or cancellation without notice.
For registered users of our website, you can view your order history in your My Account profile after you login.
Non-registered users will be issued an invoice through email upon order completion. For further information on past invoices please contact email@example.com
Updating Account Information
Registered users of our website, can create a My Account profile, which allows you to view your order history, enter address book information, and set up occasion reminders. This information can be managed through the My Account profile page after you login.
